What are the new road transport regulations in the European Union?
Posting of drivers rules are transmited to 27 EU countries under the changed environment of Posting to prevent unfair competition in all EU Member States.
Drivers have to keep and present a new European Road Posting Declaration issued per driver and per country via the new common EU system called IMI, which is linked to Move Expert’s drivers manager. IMI system will also centralize and simplify access for control authorities to process company’ inspections (up to 6 per year).
A Rating system for company’ compliance with road transport rules to keep road safety. Monitoring of infringements becomes crucial to keep a good rating of the company
Drivers will have to be paid based on the local remuneration of the country of posting to improve drivers’ working conditions.
