You will need to appoint a contact person in the Netherlands that can communicate with the Dutch inspectorate and MOVE EXPERT WILL BE YOUR CONTACT PERSON.

You will have to notify your drivers working in the Netherlands for transport of goods activities when these activities imply cabotage operations and/or international transport operations (loading or unloading in the Netherlands) via a one-year posting declaration.

MOVE EXPERT WILL MAKE COMPLIANT DECLARATIONS FOR YOU

Self-employed also have to declare their posting in NL!

WagwEU obligations only concern companies established in the EU, Norway, Lichtenstein and Switzerland!

Passenger transport: You will only need to declare your drivers making cabotage operations

DRIVERS POSTED TO THE NETHERLANDS WILL HAVE TO BE REMUNERATED AT LEAST AS THE DUTCH MINIMUM WAGE:

Fulltime workweek 21 and older
36 hours per week € 10,60
38 hours per week € 10,05
40 hours per week € 9,54
