Partner Relations Manager – Poland

Job Purpose:

As Sales Manager for Move Expert and FastVAT in Poland, you are responsible for supporting customers in the field as well as ensuring that you and your sales team meet sales and product profitability targets.

You are responsible for proactively developing business relationships, securing additional business opportunities for both new, and existing business collaborate in Poland. The collaborates will primary be companies within the Transport and the Logistic sector.

Contract Type: Permanent Contract

Reports to: Commercial Director

People Management:

Direct Reports: None

Indirect Reports: None

Monetary Responsibility: Sales Budget responsible

Externa Key Contacts: Key decision-makers by transport service companies, such as but limited to payment solutions companies, leasing and insurance companies and International Key Accounts. (Both Logistic and transport companies)

Internal Key Contacts: Customer Supporters, Sales and Product Managers and service delivery functions.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of the commercial partner strategy in Poland, the Baltics, Czech Republic and Slovakia by developing partnerships with companies serving the international transport sector.

 

Proactively create and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients in order to generate additional business and to enhance key relationships

 

Work effectively with colleagues in Europe in order to capture all the opportunities provided by the partnerships

 

Identify new products and services and growth opportunities, which will increase the profitability of Move Expert and FastVAT

 

Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize the business potential from each client relationship

 

Lead, manage, review and evaluate on Move Expert Sales Partner strategy

 

Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across Move Expert and FastVAT

 

Forecast and track key account metrics.

 

Work with Move Expert/FastVAT European Sales Management in order to identify opportunities for cross-company development and product growth.

 

Assure customer satisfaction and maintain the loyalty of existing customers through excellent customer focus and performance-driven leadership on the Polish market.
